RECONNECT WITH THE LAND, NATURE AND OURSELVES

A VERY WONDERFUL WELCOME

Ewhurst Park is where wildness is celebrated; where flowers blossom; where organic, fresh fruits and vegetables grow in abundance; where deer roam freely; and where cows, pigs and beavers create a mosaic of habitats that benefit nature. It’s a place that inspires renewed relationships with the land, giving back to its community through education and the expansion of minds; and to the earth through nourishment and nature restoration.

We’re creating a space to connect to the land within a place of natural beauty. We’re busily making sure it’s safe to roam, fixing a few of the old bridges and structures and replanting some areas that need some tender loving care. Join us and reconnect with nature.

A Place to Discover

To a haven rooted in heritage, refreshed, and reimagined for modern day people. Ewhurst Park welcomes the curious and offers wonder and discovery everywhere you look. We’re embarking on an estate-wide biodiversity project, and we’d like you to join us on our journey, developing a deeper connection with nature, food, and community.

Come with us as the estate continues to evolve through the seasons. Each visit offers something different — from quiet moments in nature to shared experiences that bring people together. Whether you’re here to explore, learn, or simply pause, there is always something to discover, shaped by the land and the rhythm of life around it.

Habitats

Rehabilitating the land is at the heart of everything we do here at Ewhurst Park. Our exciting habitat creation projects include grassland creation, wetland restoration, woodland enrichment, and the planting of our forest garden.

Produce

Our vibrant market garden, tree nursery, orchards and greenhouses are set to burst with fruits, plants and vegetables. It’s a growing space that showcases the benefits of no dig, organic food production. Food grown and foraged on the estate is used for our delicious estate produce such as jams and chutneys’ as well as our signature Wild Gin. Reconnect with the land, nature and yourselves.

Biodiversity

We’re paying attention to the wildlife that inhabit our grounds and creating spaces where they can thrive. We are building suitable spaces for more species as we discover them, as well as creating habitat for new species that we hope to attract. Our ambition is to increase biodiversity through nurturing wildlife and protecting species.

woodland feasts and workshops

Ewhurst Park will play host to a series of workshops, events and gatherings throughout the year; all revolving around nature, the land and thought leadership - be it creative and educational, or to encourage wellness and community. We’ll also be hosting woodland feasts and lakeside lunches, so keep an eye on our happenings page for upcoming events.

kid's area

Part of our mission has always been to inspire children to engage with nature and to give them the knowledge they need to look after their world. Through education days, forest schools and bespoke events, the team hope to help guide the next generations’ guardians of the planet.

community

Ewhurst Park is part of many communities and works to strengthen community ties wherever we can. Not only are we part of a physical community in Hampshire, we are also part of a movement of people and organisations working for nature’ as well as housing a wide range of biological communities within our boundaries. Community is so important to us all here and we’d love to hear from anyone who wants to help us build any of these.
