Head Grower

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Grower to lead the development and management of Ewhurst Park's gardens, orchards, glasshouses, Potting Shed and Orangery. This hands-on leadership role will oversee all growing and horticultural activities across the estate, combining organic food production, ornamental planting, propagation and estate presentation. Working closely with the wider estate team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the horticultural vision of Ewhurst Park while supporting biodiversity, sustainability and exceptional visitor experiences.

Estate Gardener

Join our horticultural team and help maintain the beautiful gardens and planted spaces across Ewhurst Park. This practical, hands-on role involves caring for ornamental gardens, orchards, glasshouses and guest-facing landscapes, whilst supporting seasonal planting, propagation and general estate presentation. We are looking for someone with a passion for plants, attention to detail and a willingness to contribute to the wider objectives of a busy working estate.

Estate Ranger

As an Estate Ranger, you will help care for and manage the diverse landscapes, wildlife and habitats across our 925-acre certified organic estate. This varied role combines practical conservation, habitat restoration, woodland management, livestock support, visitor engagement and estate maintenance. Working closely with the Woodlands and Wildlife Manager, you will contribute to Ewhurst Park's vision of regenerative land management, biodiversity enhancement and meaningful connections between people and nature.

Maintenance & Handyman

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Estate Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, maintenance and presentation of buildings, accommodation, infrastructure and operational areas across Ewhurst Park. This varied role combines practical maintenance, problem-solving and project management, ensuring the estate remains safe, functional and presented to the highest standards.

Foraging & Education Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Foraging & Education Officer to help bring Ewhurst Park's landscape, wildlife and natural heritage to life. Combining education, visitor engagement, foraging and herbalism, this role will deliver guided walks, workshops and nature-based experiences for guests, schools and community groups. The successful candidate will have a passion for sharing knowledge, inspiring others and helping people connect with nature through the estate's diverse habitats, wildlife and sustainable land management practices.
