Made using botanicals foraged from across Ewhurst Park and developed in collaboration with Hawkridge Distillers, this small-batch gin reflects the landscape and natural ingredients found across the estate.

Ideal as a gift, for trying Chapter One for the first time, or simply as a smaller bottle to enjoy at home.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care when packaging every order, but occasionally damage can occur during transit.

If your bottle arrives damaged, broken or you have received the wrong product, please contact us at office@ewhurst-park.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and product.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@ewhurst-park.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.

Returns

Because WILD GIN is an alcohol product, please contact us before returning any item. Unopened bottles may be eligible for return subject to applicable consumer rights and our assessment of the order.

Opened or partially consumed bottles cannot be accepted for return unless the product is faulty.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the UK.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect the bottle during transit and are dispatched from Ewhurst Park.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with any available tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary during particularly busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.

Age Verification

WILD GIN is an age-restricted product and you must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol.

An age verification check may be carried out when your order is placed and/or when your order is delivered. If the recipient is unable to provide suitable proof of age when requested, the delivery may be refused. UK licensing guidance specifically highlights the importance of age verification for alcohol sold online and at delivery.

We operate a Challenge 25 approach. If the person receiving the order appears to be under 25, they may be asked to provide valid photographic ID confirming that they are 18 or over.
