By booking or attending an event, experience, tour, activity, or visit at Ewhurst Park, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment arrangements have been agreed. Full payment may be required before attendance.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund arrangements vary depending on the event and will be provided at the time of booking. Ewhurst Park reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend events where necessary for operational, environmental, or safety reasons.

Health & Safety

Ewhurst Park is a working rural estate. Visitors should be aware of natural hazards, including uneven terrain, water, wildlife, livestock, machinery, and changing weather conditions. All instructions provided by staff must always be followed.

Children

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult whilst on the estate.

Conduct

Visitors are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, wildlife, and the natural environment. Ewhurst Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Accessibility

Due to the nature of the estate, some areas may not be fully accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements.

Liability

Visitors attend and participate in activities at their own risk. Nothing in these terms’ limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Ewhurst Park's liability shall otherwise be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Damage

Guests may be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to estate property by themselves or members of their party.

Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during events for promotional purposes. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be included.

Data Protection

Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
